Completion requirements
eFRM Digital Workspace is FRM platform owned and developed by MIS PTFI to support the implementation of FRM program in PTFI. This platform will replace the manual paper to electronic form that can be accessible from desktop/laptop, mobile device based on Android or IOS connected to cellular phone network telkomsel, FCX net, FCX Mobile, or FCX Form in PTFI work area from Grasberg to Portsite.
To utilize eFRM Digital Workspace you need to have PTFI account/login. If you have no PTFI acccount/login use your personal email then contact your parent division/department for B2B account request to MIS. After your account has been registered then follow the following intruction:
Notes:
- A B2B account utilizes an employee’s personal email, such as Gmail or Outlook, although Outlook.com is recommended.
- B2B account login requires the use of personal email credentials and password. Ensure that the personal email password is memorable.
- Typically, once logged in successfully with a B2B account, the eFRM app will remember the session and won’t require re-login. However, re-login may be prompted due to inactivity for certain period.
- Most problems occur when individuals forget their personal email password, leading to requests for B2B account resets. It is therefore recommended to remember the credentials used for B2B account registration.
